Key stakeholder management - Working closely with Auckland International Airport and designers was key to managing construction of major roadworks to meet a tight programme, in a heavily trafficked airport environment, through major design revisions. The project entailed realignment of an existing road, construction of carparking and roundabout under stringent traffic management conditions –plus stormwater, earthworks, sewer, soft landscaping and services.
