We will carry out daily, weekly or monthly inspections as required by the Compliance Certificate for Building Warrant of Fitness.
Painting
Interior and exterior projects from small touch-ups to full repaint.

Drainage
We’ll look after the maintenance and installation of interior and exterior drainage systems.
From leak detection, repair and unblocking to the installation of new systems in conjunction with building renovation and extensions.
Electrical
We can install power points, extra lights,
re-lamp and find faults. If you’re renovating or extending, we can look after the electrical work.
Building
When you need a door jam repaired, shelving erected, walls and partitions built, give us a call.
We do those jobs that others don’t want to do.
Plumbing
If it leaks we’ll fix it and if you need replacement fittings; toilets, urinals, hand basins etc installed, we can do it.
Air Conditioning
Filter cleaning, repairs, fault finding, unit replacement and installation of split systems. We can do it all.
