The tender package includes a detailed critical path program to ensure all trades are aware of deadlines prior to pricing.

Progress is monitored daily against the master program and sub-program.
This pro-active to problem solving and team communication minimises delays and identifies where additional resource is required.
Interim inspections at key stages of the project and pre-commissioning testing precede the pre-handover inspection and practical completion process.
Defects Management
The process ensures that defects are rectified prior to the demobilising of sub-trades
