Fraser Wyllie - General Manager
Fraser has had over 20 years of experience in the construction industry within New Zealand, Britain, Hong Kong, Singapore and Fiji. His experience has ranged from roles in Project Engineering, Project Management, Estimating and Operational Management. He has a civil engineering degree from the University of Auckland and completed an MBA from Massey University, he joined Hawkins Construction in 2007 to establish and lead a new Infrastructure division within the Hawkins Group.
Fraser has a solid background in General Management with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and business development. He has a proven record in project management involving multimillion dollar capital projects, delivering under budget and to programme. His project involvement includes an Airport Hangar in Fiji, a Shopping Centre in Singapore, a Hospital in London and the Sky Tower Casino in Auckland. One of the largest and most challenging project role was managing the $100million pond decommissioning works on the Mangere Sewer Treatment Plant Upgrade.
