As pre-construction manager, Gary is responsible for ensuring that the pre-construction team successfully delivers the client’s requirements from inception through to design development to commencement of construction.
Gary has worked in a number of construction and design-related roles worldwide. He has significant experience in the leadership of multidisciplinary design teams, multiple stakeholder environments and the management of large construction teams.
Gary has 15+ years of experience on large-scale developments from inception to completion using varied forms of procurement including PPP, D+C, LSFP, management contracts and joint venture arrangements.
One of Gary's key strengths is his management of multiple stakeholders including user interface, client liaison and consultant design management.
