Ascot Hospital Auckland

Hawkins Construction was the main contractor for a private surgical hospital in Greenlane, Auckland. Hawkins achieved savings of 10% against the original GMP. These funds were used to undertake enhancements and scope changes required by the tenants. The high-quality of the construction and final finishes has been praised by tenants and users of the facility since its opening in April 1999.
