Botany Downs Secondary School

In just eleven months Hawkins constructed the Botany Downs Secondary College, New Zealand's first public secondary school to be built in 20 years. Hawkins was proactive in working with the consultants to resolve detailing issues and ensure the project stayed on schedule. Hawkins is now contracted for the next stage of development on this site. Merit award - Property Council of New Zealand Education and Art Property Award. Category winner and Silver Award, Auckland Master Builders' Association, Commercial Awards over $5 million.
