Chris Hunter - Chief Executive Officer
Chris Hunter joined the Hawkins team as Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and is responsible to the Board of Directors for the company’s nationwide activities. Chris’s construction career spans 20 years and in that time he has also been instrumental in the successful restructuring of several companies, turning them into viable and profitable businesses. Chris has an MBA majoring in Corporate Finance and New Ventures, and a NZ Certificate in Quantity Surveying. |

Ron Macdonald - Commercial Director
Ron Macdonald joined the Hawkins team as National Commercial Manager in 2004. Ron is responsible for the overall Financial Management of the projects both in New Zealand and Overseas. Ron brings to Hawkins over 20 years experience in consultancy and construction in the United Kingdom and Overseas. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Arbiter and Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. |

Quin Henderson - South Island Regional Manager
Quin Henderson has a motivated, focused approach to his role in managing all Hawkins’ South Island projects. He has 20 years in construction, and has been instrumental in ensuring successful delivery of a variety of large projects. Latterly, he has been closely involved with Project Crioch (Otago Region Corrections Facility), high-rise apartments and major retail malls. Quin has a NZ Certificate of Engineering and Diploma in Business and Construction Management. |

Dan Ashby - Auckland Regional Manager
As the new Auckland Regional Manager for Hawkins Construction Dan brings to Hawkins strong leadership credentials and an impressive track record at project and business level, both locally and internationally. He is a well-known, senior figure in the industry, having most recently spent five years leading Multiplex in New Zealand and quite notably was involved as project manager on the construction iconic Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
Dan has spent his whole professional life in construction and is passionate about NZ and the industry. His approach is absolutely compatible with the Hawkins culture, philosophy and way of doing business. His skills are already adding a significant amount to our business and he will contribute strongly to Hawkins’ future growth and success.

Ross Hargood - Central Regional Manager
Ross Hargood came to Hawkins Construction in 2003. He is responsible for all projects undertaken by Hawkins in the Central region, these recently including the 11-storey Kingsview Apartments in Tauranga, and the innovative Ruakuri Cave development at Waitomo, as well as the Mokai II geothermal power station. He has held a variety of senior management positions within the construction industry and the building regulatory field. Ross holds a Diploma in Business Management and NZ Certificate in Building. |

Matt Wilton - Wellington Regional Manager
Matt began his career in Construction as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked as a Project Manager, both for the Client and for the Main Contractor. His flexibility and ability to approach cost and design related issues from both the consultant and contractor aspect is advantageous to any project he is involved in. Matt has valuable international experience working for many years in London on Underground Projects and various Construction projects throughout the UK. He joined Hawkins in 2006 and brings to all projects knowledge and understanding of some of the most stringent safety systems and quality protocols in the industry.
Matt has a Bachelor in Construction, Diploma of Architectural Technology and holds an Advanced Certificate in Construction Studies. |

Mark Woodward - General Manager Finance
Mark joined the Hawkins team in February 2009. Mark head's the finance team as General Manager Finance. In this role he is responsible for the Hawkins Group financial management, IT systems and compliance. Mark holds a BSc from University of Manchester and is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has over 25 years gained vast experience in working in large corporate companies both manufacturing and construction, both internationally and in New Zealand. |

Tim Brenton-Rule - General Manager Human Resources
Tim Brenton-Rule joined Hawkins in 2008 and is responsible for helping ensure the Company makes best use of its finest asset – its people. The Hawkins HR activity manages strategic and operational HR activities and is focused on building the Hawkins reputation as a great place to work. Since originally qualifying and working as a Registered Property Valuer Tim has had over 15 years HR experience accumulated in property, tourism and manufacturing industries. Tim has a Business Degree in property and post graduate qualifications in Human Resources. |
